Henri Michaux (1899-1984) in “Vigies sur cible”.
La mouche est si bien organisée qu’elle a pu fréquenter assidûment l’homme depuis des milliers d’années, sans être mise à la perte, ni mise à travailler. Le tout sans se gêner et ne cherchant nullement comme le chat à feindre d’être apprivoisée.
Allant même jusqu’à s’installer au bord de ses yeux et à puiser jusque dans ses larmes admirablement salées l’appoint chloruré qui manque à son régime.
Avec la même aisance elle fréquente aussi de plus gros mammifères aux yeux confortables et nul doute qu’elle ne rêve d’yeux plus parfaits encore c’est à dire comme des soucoupes, creusés au lieu d’être bombés.
Voilà l’être que tout homme en époque esclavagiste, se doit de bien étudier au lieu des aigles, des lions, des chevaux ou des… maréchaux qui ne lui apprendront jamais ce qui tant importe : “Comment cohabiter sans servir”.
